i threw this on twitter not really thinking twice about it but i think its specifically on deviantart ive seen a lot of people do this so ill just put it here too! tip for taking commissions (at least in my experience): when announcing commission openings, always show examples. when listing your prices, always show examples. not in links, but in images, because the truth it a large portion of viewers wont click that link. i see this a lot on deviantart especially, probably because of how dA journals let you embed links in all fancy... and while it looks neat and tidy to you, it may not look very accessible to your buyers! people are lazy an
